- Project details: property type, carpet area, scope, budget, preferences, Site address and photographs or drawings you share.
- Estimator inputs: the answers you submit in the cost estimator form.
- Communications: messages, emails and call notes.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Transaction data: payment records for services you purchase. We do not store card details on this Website.
3. How we collect it
Directly from you when you fill in a form, use the estimator, email or call us, or visit our studio; automatically through cookies when you browse; and from third-party services we use, such as our enquiry form provider and Google Maps and Fonts.

- To respond to enquiries, provide estimates and quotations, and deliver our services.
- To manage projects, contracts, payments and warranty support.
- To send updates about your project and, where you have agreed, information about our services.

We process your data based on your consent, to perform a contract with you, or to meet legal obligations.

You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent, nominate someone to exercise your rights if you are unable to, and raise a grievance. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already done, and we may need to keep some data where the law requires.
